'It Starts With You'
Help your child feel safe coming to you no matter what, by breaking free from the shouting, threats, and reactions you never wanted to pass on.
ENROLL NOWIMAGINE THIS......
It’s bedtime. Your child is melting down. Normally, this is the moment you’d snap . Raise your voice. SHUT DOWN. Say words you don’t mean.
NOW imagine this instead: You pause. You breathe. You respond calmly, with compassion, even while holding the boundary. And as your child settles into your arms, you realize… you didn’t just handle a meltdown differently. You just changed their future.
HERE'S THE TRUTH:
We all carry wounds from childhood. Our parents had their own wounds and this has massively impacted how we show up as parents.
And when stress and overwhelm hit, those old wounds show up fast:
⚡ Yelling when you promised yourself you’d be patient and then lying in bed feeling guilty, wanting to wake them to apologies and make it better.
⚡Going silent and shutting down when they need you most, and then sitting alone afterward, wishing you'd stayed close instead of shutting the door.
⚡Snapping in a way that makes their face fall, then replaying it on a loop long after they've stopped thinking about it.
It’s not because you’re a bad parent ...even though you often wonder if you are.
It’s because no one ever showed you how to reparent yourself first. But now YOU get to break the cycle...
That’s exactly why I created It Starts With You.

What parents are saying…

"I feel like this course came at the right time for me. Becoming a parent, triggered a lot of difficult memories of my own childhood. I did not want my children to have a shut off parent like I did and so doing the course helped me understand and let go of a lot of those memories. I feel like I hit reset in my parenting style and I understand that a better me gives my kids a better parent and a more connected parent"
"I really enjoyed the course and am so glad that it was accessible online. I have learnt so much about myself and in turn my daughter. Our relationship is much better now and I haven't lost the plot in the past 3 months which is absolutely brilliant. There have been huge changes and I am so glad I did the course"
"I see a massive improvement in my calmness with my kids. In the last few days alone I have noted to myself a number of times, "I wouldn't have been as calm reacting to that a few weeks ago", it just seems to have clicked much more in the last few weeks. I feel much more confident holding boundaries with my kids and just feel so much happier in my role as a parent. I was constantly feeling guilty before and now I am so much more compassionate with myself, calmer with my kids and clear in my boundaries with them, all of which is massively benefiting my kids."
The course has definitely made me "stop and think" more about how i react to things with my kids. But also on a deeper level, ive begun to ask myself why i am reacting in this way and its brought me back to my experience as a child myself and when I think back it makes sense as to why I react in the way I do. Since realising this, I am able to now spot it, deal with it, have a little talking to myself and speak to my kids reactions in a more relaxed calmer way, using boundaries and not flying off the handle with threats"
"I'm definitely presenting as a calmer parent, I don't fly off the handle with the kids like a used to. They are also a lot calmer and more receptive to me. I am much better at sitting down with them now when they get upset and hugging, I notice if they are having a meltdown, and i go over put my arms out them come in for a hug and within seconds the meltdown subsides and we talk it out and come up with a solution. I have noticed especially now with my son, he comes looking for hugs and loves cuddles now as its our happy place. We are all definitely more chilled out with each other. I've learned to not sweat the small stuff"
"This course was mind-blowing, it really made me think about my own childhood and parts of my life that I didn't realise were effecting the way i was parenting my own kids. Once I thought about this and started journaling, it made sense and made me think about how I could improve my parenting skills. Once I had my inner child listened to I was able to focus on really getting emotionally connected with my own kids as I understood this was what I lacked growing up myself. I now journal as often as I can and meditate quite frequently which I am loving!
