If you’ve ever shouted or lost it with your child, only to be hit with a wave of guilt, this free event is for you.Â
You love your child so why do you go from calm to losing it in seconds?
Â
This Masterclass is for you if you've ever:
✔️Shouted and immediately regretted it knowing the impact it's having on your child. Â
✔️Promised yourself "today will be different, I won't shout" only for it to happen again.Â
✔️Gone to bed and felt so much guilt and like a monster for how you reacted in the harder moments.Â
✔️Wondered why you find it so hard to just stay calm when clearly other parents can manage it.
✔️Worried about the impact your reactions are having on your child and if they will be damaged forever.Â
You don't have a willpower problem, you have a nervous system dysregulation problem.Â
During this live Masterclass I'll show you:
Â
✨ Why you "lose it" so quickly
Understand what’s really happening in your brain when you “snap” (and the simple shift to stop it before it starts).
✨ What's actually happening in your nervous system
This isn't a will power issue or something you are doing wrong. Let me show you why it's not your fault so you can begin to change it.Â
Â
✨ How to stay connected even when you're triggered
These big moments are exactly when you need connection the most. Let me show you what that looks like.Â
This isn't about being perfect, its about understanding what is actually happening during the hard moments, so you can change your reactions for good.Â

Hi, I'm Aisling...
I am a Mum to two amazing kids (my most important job!) and a Psychologist who has spent the last 15 years supporting thousands of parents and families.Â
I've had the privilege of walking alongside so many parents who love their children deeply but find themselves stuck in cycles of power struggles, frustration and uncertainty about the "right" way to respond.
What I want parents to understand is they are not struggling because they are doing anything wrong.
So much of how we react in stressful parenting moments, is shaped by our nervous system and our own early experiences of feeling safe, seen and supported as children.Â
When you understand this, everything starts to make more sense and that's when real change can happen and fast.Â
